TITLE Status "delivered" but no item received yet VOTE

Hi just wanted to ask what the "delivered" status means exactly? Because I haven't received my items yet they're tagged as "delivered" already. Tried using the tracking as well but it says that the shipping carrier doesn't support tracking.

    Spam I had the same issue and after a while customer support answered me. Apparently they had a problem in their system but it was solved and they were working on it. After a few days I got my package.
