Still "preparing shipment" It's been 5 weeks now since I ordered. Everyday I am waiting for the notifications to come.

Got an email says mine will be delayed and will be shipped this august. Hoping that they weren't lying about that.

So yeah, It's August now, No reply, No responses, No Notifications. NOTHING. My order is still "Preparing Shipment". I ordered Jerseys from different teams but this gives me the worst experience ever. Never again.

Received an email.
"Hello

I will help you reply to your email as the product you ordered has been shipped.
For the products that are being shipped, you can find the waybill on the website you ordered.
Due to some technical reasons, the upload of the waybill number is being delayed. The date of upload is yet unpredictable but you may be able to find it uploaded within September.
Also, we would like to inform you that it will take about 2 to 3 weeks to deliver.

I received an email from UPS with the tracking number last 3 weeks. Bruh, T1 website says the package status is "delivered" but in the UPS tracking number that they gave in the email, it's still "label created" status and still in the country of origin. From what I saw in many website, It means that the parcel was still in the seller's domain and UPS haven't got the package. Are you f*cing kidding me? I don't have the stuffs that I ordered. Are they scamming us? I have lost faith in this shop. They doesn't seem to care. They have the balls to launch NA shop but they didn't even fix the current problems in this store.

Just an update, my item is not in UPS posession that's why I didn't received it after I received a notification from UPS with their tracking number. T1 store still have my item. What's wrong with these people? Why is it hard for them to send my package? What's so special about it.

Cancelled my orders. Hopefully they will send the refund immediately. My patience already ran out. Never again.
