I purchased a jersey, a lanyard and the membership package on March 20th.
Like everyone else, the order said it’s delivered today (a few days ago was still in transit). However, I got nothing, no package, no pickup notice from the post. Also can’t track this parcel at all, from the start to end.
please tell me what is happening? And if it has been loss I don’t mind refunding on the jersey and lanyard, but I want my membership package.
