Item not delivered

Hello, I have ordered and paid this item long before it was sold out. It's been around a month that I have been waiting for this item and I still didn't receive it.The website is saying that it has been delivered and there is no tracking option on the site.Also the delivery society UPS is saying that the item was blocked at Roissy Charles de Gaulle and is now returning back to Korea. With the shipping bills I paid this hoodie for more than a 100$. For this amount of money I would like to get the item... Can you please help me?

Super late!

Ordered 3 items March 18.Gumayusi Jersey, Winter Package and T1 1st term Membership package.finally received this June 29. Literally 2 and 1/2 months after order date. Customer service was no hell at all will multiple repeatative emails and got nowhere. It is July 23 and Still waiting for my other items until now. Oh, and my sister ordered exact same time with me and ordered the same items. She got all of hers months ago! T1 shop staff are no help at all. I dont think im gonna ever order from here again.

Missing items

I'm missing my membership items and membership card, I got all of the other stuff but I'm missing those, I would like to know if I will receive them later or what's gonna happen?For anyone that items say delivered, you may check with your country post with your tracking number or use something like AftershipQuality of products is 5* but I'm missing some so that's why 3*, I already sent an email too, hopefully T1 support do something about it

More of a navy color than black

I like the hat and it looks good but the color doesnt match the black hoodie I bought with. The hat definately has bluish tint to it which makes look navy and it is more noticeable in a well lit environment.

Didn't receive product but portal says it has been delivered

Hello, I have been waiting for almost 1 month for my order to get to me and like a few days back it started showing that it is out for delivery. I opened T1 Shop's page today to see the status of my order and suddenly it shows "Delivered" when I haven't received any of the 3 items I ordered.

I ordered this membership with a T1 Jumper, Took months and over £50 in shipping and while im extremly happy with the jumper the membership is missing, this new website also doesnt have an option to report missing items or ask for help, I have no way of tracking it and got very confuzed when they didnt come together, if anyone can help please let me know

Did not get my sweater

Not sure if its just saying that on the site, but so far I have not gotten my sweater that shows its been delivered when i click on my order. Does not have any way I can track the package as well so I have no idea if this is just a mistake so far or not. I have not received anything in the mail so far though. Not sure how to proceed moving forward or if you guys can give me a tracking number that works so I can see if it has possibly been sent to the wrong place or not. Any help is appreciated.

The worst e-shopping experience

I purchased the jersey on 2022/3/7, and got informed that the jersey was delivered on 3/17. Until today, I still have no idea where the jersey is . Evene though I have sent 3 e-mails to shop@t1.gg, nobody replied. Besides, the offical website doesn't provide any way to track the shipment. This is the worst e-shopping experience in my life. T1 shop sucks 😥

It says delivered but it is not delivered.

Sent multiple emails, and got no answer back. Never received any of the ordered item, and cannot track any of the orders. I waited for 1 month+ and it just seems like you guys don't work rather than not being able to work. According to how you guys are operating, it seems like the world has already come to an end, and that there is no shipping service.
