Hello, I have ordered and paid this item long before it was sold out. It's been around a month that I have been waiting for this item and I still didn't receive it.

The website is saying that it has been delivered and there is no tracking option on the site.

Also the delivery society UPS is saying that the item was blocked at Roissy Charles de Gaulle and is now returning back to Korea. 

With the shipping bills I paid this hoodie for more than a 100$. For this amount of money I would like to get the item... Can you please help me?
